An individual plan is $2,500; a married-couple plan is $3,000. Both include the listed planning documents, asset-coordination guidance, and one California residence deed when appropriate. Additional properties and later plan updates are priced separately. The engagement agreement confirms the scope.

Most standard plans are completed in about four weeks. Timing depends on your decisions, the information needed, and scheduling. If you have a particular date in mind, mention it at the consultation.

Andrew explains the next steps for putting appropriate assets into your trust and coordinating beneficiary designations. You’ll understand which steps the firm handles and which require action from you or your financial institutions.

An existing plan is a starting point. Andrew can review it with your current family, property, and goals in mind, then discuss whether updates are appropriate. Review and update work is scoped and priced separately.
