Estate planning.
Built around your life.
Thoughtful California planning for your family, your property, and the people you trust. Work directly with Andrew from your first questions through signing and implementation.
YOUR PLAN
A complete plan, clearly explained.
Decide who can step in if you cannot manage your affairs, how your property should pass, and what guidance to leave for the people you trust.
Your plan includes a revocable living trust, pour-over wills, durable powers of attorney, advance health care directives, HIPAA authorization, and supporting documents.
Andrew also helps you coordinate assets and beneficiary designations, with one California residence deed when appropriate.
Individual plan — $2,500
Married couple plan — $3,000
Additional properties and later plan updates are priced separately. Your engagement agreement confirms the scope.
NEXT STEPS
Clear from the beginning.
Discuss. Talk with Andrew about your family, property, and goals. Bring your questions; you do not need every decision made.
Design & review. Work through your choices together and review your documents before signing.
Put the plan into effect. Receive trust-funding and beneficiary-coordination guidance, including the steps you and your financial institutions need to take.
Most standard plans take approximately four weeks, depending on decisions, information, and scheduling.
Meetings are primarily by video or telephone. In-person meetings and final signing appointments are available by arrangement at an agreed location.
Already have a will or trust?
Andrew can review your existing plan in light of your current family, property, and goals. Review and update work is scoped and priced separately.
