Your privacy
Last updated: October 9, 2026
When you contact AN Legacy Counsel, we use the information you share to understand your needs, check conflicts, and discuss next steps. This page explains how that information is handled.
What you share with us
Our inquiry forms ask for contact details, relevant names, a brief description of your needs, and timing. Joint inquiries include information about both people. We use these details to review inquiries, communicate with you, and provide legal services when engaged.
A brief overview is enough to get started. Please leave out confidential case details, Social Security numbers, passwords, full account numbers, and documents. When records are needed, we will request the relevant pages and provide a private upload link.
An inquiry does not establish an attorney-client relationship or mean we are protecting a deadline. We handle information subject to our professional obligations.
Your inquiry confirmation
Clio automatically emails a submission-copy link to your primary email address. For joint inquiries, the copy includes both people’s information and goes to the primary contact’s email. This email is sent even if you prefer telephone contact. If receiving it would be unsafe, please call (408) 341-9191 before submitting.
The services we use
Squarespace hosts this website, Clio processes inquiries and document requests, and email providers handle messages. These providers process information to support those services. We may also disclose information as required or permitted by law and our professional obligations.
The website and linked forms use cookies and similar technologies for operation, security, and analytics. Providers may receive your IP address, browser/device information, and activity; some technologies may recognize activity across websites. We do not use browser Do Not Track signals as an opt-out mechanism. You can manage cookies through your browser, although some features may not work. Learn more in the privacy policies of Squarespace, Clio, and Google.
